McDonald's training programs offer valuable job skills that provide the opportunity for career advancement. Opportunities include: Crew Trainer, Crew Chief, Swing Manager, Assistant Manager and Store Manager. Many of our Managers began their careers as crewmembers.

Nearly all of our management began their careers as crew members. Opportunities currently exist for promotion to these positions for qualified individuals. Hourly paid shift managers have a pay range of $10.00-14.00 per hour. Promotion opportunities are available to move to career salaried management positions.

Uniforms are provided without cost to all employees. This includes an adequate number of shirts, ties, belts, and pants to allow you to always look and feel professional. Uniform articles are replaced without charge when they are no longer presentable due to normal wear, age, or fit. This benefit can save you $200.00 per year or more versus jobs where you must furnish part or all of your work attire.

Bring in your family once a week to get a meal for the whole family at 50% off.

Every month employees and managers vote for who they feel is the best employee. The employee who is voted employee of the month receives a 50.00 bonus for that month.

All hourly employees can make an extra $.50 an hour by working on Saturdays and Sundays.

When you are hired we will order you a pair of black, slip resistance shoes. We pay 30.00 and shipping for your shoes. If you would like a different pair then we will apply that 30.00 to the pair of your choice from the Shoes for Crew catalog.

Every employee receives a Gold Card. This card will entitle you to discounts at various retailers in town and on the web.
