  • Training
    McDonald's is the number one training company in the service industry. Whether you are seeking to move up to a management career at McDonald's, or learn skills you can take with you to a future career, we can do that. We have the knowledge, experience, and programs that can help you be successful. At McDonald's all training we provide thru our management development programs is recognized by the American Council on Education as qualifying for college credit. McDonald's is the only QSR whose training program is so recognized.
  • Flexible Hours
    Our operating hours and variable sales rates throughout the week means we have many different shifts available. We try very hard to create a schedule for you that meets your needs.
  • Employee Medical Insurance
    A primary care medical plan is available to all employees, both full time and part time. For employees who consistently work 25 hours per week or more, the company will pay a significant portion of the single coverage basic plan. Employees who meet this 25 hour per week threshold pay only a small amount (currently less than $10.00 per month) for the basic plan. Additional optional coverage is available under the plan that include dependent coverage, dental insurance, a vision care discount plan, plus other features. Additional details of the plan that can be customized to your individual needs are available from your restaurant manager.
  • Advancement Opportunities
    Nearly all of our management began their careers as crew members. Opportunities currently exist for promotion to these positions for qualified individuals. Hourly paid shift managers have pay range of $10.25-$14.00 per hour. Promotion opportunities are available to move to career salaried management positions. As a career salaried manager, you could earn up to $54,000 per year plus bonus benefits.
  • Performance and Wage Review
    A minimum of two times per year you will receive a performance review, and be considered for a wage increase based on your performance during the preceding six month period.

    We continuously monitor conditions to be certain that our pay rates remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Employee Discounts
    One of the best things about working a McDonald's is the food. It is very good and as an employee you can receive a discount on all your food purchases at our restaurant. You receive this benefit when you are at work or when you are just visiting as a customer. It allows you to treat yourself, your family, or host your friends and enjoy substantial savings at the same time.
  • Uniforms
    Multiple uniforms are provided free to all employees. This includes an adequate number of shirts, ties, belts, and pants to allow you to always look and feel professional. Uniform articles are replaced without charge when they are no longer presentable due to normal wear, age, or fit. This benefit can save you $200.00 per year or more versus jobs where you must furnish part or all of your work attire.
  • McDonald's Gold Card
    Your Gold Card entitles you to discounts at more than 70 national retailers. Cards can be used in their stores, through catalog purchases, or online. We provide these cards to all employees without cost. Additional details are posted in the restaurant. You will receive your personal gold card and brochures outlining details of the program approximately 1 week after your start date.
